Ever.Ag’s Chief Solutions Officer Ryan Mertes is responsible for the commercial operations of four software business units within the company, specializing in In Plant software solutions.

Mertes’ career in dairy began as President of Data Specialists, Inc. (DSI). During his eighteen years at DSI, he visited over 100+ dairy plants and worked with dozens of companies, implementing software systems to support their growth.

Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Arizona State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and worked with manufacturing companies in Australia and the United States for five years prior to his work at DSI.

As Vice President of Sales for Ever.Ag’s Dairy Software division, Kaite Moore leads the organization’s drive to provide innovative dairy-focused products and solutions to the industry.

Prior to Ever.Ag, Katie spent 15+ years building her agricultural and food processing acumen at organizations such as Land O Lakes, Sterilex Corporation, and Gems Sensors & Controls. Growing up in Michigan, Katie developed a passion for food production and Agriculture from an early age, participating in 4-H, FFA, and helping with her family’s milk hauling business. She earned a bachelor’s degree in animal science from Michigan State University.

When not working, Katie enjoys attending college sporting events, and outdoor time spent hiking, and camping with her family.

Phil Plourd is President of Ever.Ag Insights. He has been involved in dairy, commodity market, and macroeconomic analysis, research, forecasting, consulting, and risk management activities for more than 25 years. Phil draws on that experience to lead an expert team helping clients find better ways to do business – across supply chains and around the world. He is a popular speaker who engages audiences on a variety of topics.
