ADPI's annual online training/education course that provides a comprehensive, 360 degree view of the dairy ingredients and products sector. Participants receive 36 hours of instructional content from dairy ingredient subject matter experts split into three Modules.

I. Define and describe composition, manufacturing processes, supply, demand and basic properties of dairy ingredients from milk and whey.
II. Compare and contrast the functional properties of dairy ingredients and explain the factors which can affect their performance (value) in food applications.
III. Assess the competitive marketplace for dairy ingredients and potential importance of consumer issues on dairy ingredients.
IV. Assemble resources that can be used to address questions about production, marketing and application of dairy ingredients.
Expected Learning Outcomes
Successfully mastering the course learning goals will allow you to make better decisions in your workplace, provide better customer service, and manage future challenges in the dairy ingredients sector. A working knowledge of the course material will also be a foundation for continuous learning and smarter use of the wide array of resources that are available about dairy ingredients.
There is no prior dairy experience required to attend the DI360 Training Course. Employees from any of the following categories are invited to sign-up to learn about the industry and dairy ingredients, and to learn from top subject matter experts on relevant topics.
